Interval Flex is back!
This intensely fun and challenging class is back on the schedule!
Interval Flex is an intensive 55 minute workout session designed to increase your strength and fitness during the tough intervals and then ends with powerful and dynamic flexibility training.
The exercises are easy to follow, the music drives and motivates you during each jump, squat, burpee and push-up. It’s fun to challenge yourself and see yourself improve as the weeks pass.
Interval Flex sessions take place at the Central YMCA every Wednesday at 7:30pm. We call it Winning Wednesday as you can double up the fun. Try the 6:30pm Swedercise class, then add Interval Flex to your evening at 7:30pm. The combo gives you an amazing endorphin high!
