Schedule & Classes
At Friskis&Svettis London we run two types of classes: Swedercise/Jympa Medium and Intensive, both based on the same structure but with a bit different intensity. We have run our Medium classes from the beginning in 2005 but new from September 2017 is our Intensive class. This class includes all the same parts as our Medium classes but with a higher intensity, more challenging strength exercises and explosive jumps. Spring Schedule 2018
Spring and Summer term: Monday 4th June 2018 – Tuesday 28th August 2018
* The last Monday class in Clapham before the Summer will be held on Mon July 9th, 2018. The class will be back in September, 2018.
Autumn Schedule 2018
Autumn term: Saturday 1st September 2018 – Tuesday 18th December 2018
** The first Monday class in Clapham will be held on September 10th, 2018. No class on October 22nd, 2018.
Our Monday evening classes in Clapham are held at 7pm at the Honeywell Junior School, Honeywell Road, Clapham, SW11 6EF (click to view map). Register with our friendly host and get ready to sweat and smile with Johan!
Our Tuesday classes are held at the Central YMCA, Tottenham Court Road (click to view map). We work out in Studio 1, so sign in at reception, register with our lovely hosts and have a chat with us before the session starts!
Our Saturday classes are held at Seymour Leisure Centre in Marylebone (click to view map). We work out in Studio 2, so inform the reception and come and register with our lovely hosts before the session starts!
