At Friskis Täby, we welcome children and youth.
Here are our age-limits.
On weekdays from the time we open until 4 PM, you may bring your infant with you to the gym. The infant should stay in a carry cot or a car infant seat.
The gym is open to youth who are 13 years old or will be 13 that calender year. Children younger than 13 are welcome to wait for their parents outside the gym, i.e. in the lounge at Kyrkby or in an easy chair outside the gym at Näsbypark.
In the gym, accidents can happen and can sometimes result in injuries. Even if your own child sits obediently still, we know that it isn´t so for all children. Therefore, we refer to seating outside of the gyms.
For children 2-6 years old, we offer family calisthentics (Familjejympa), an hour of fun with hop and play, together with adults.
For children up to 13 years old, there is a junior card for 0 krona plus membership for 100 krona per year.
From the calender year when you will be 13, you are welcome to train in our gym. We warmly recommend an orientation session by one of our gym trainers scheduled in the gym. Book it via our app, website or the reception.
