Kamp is a tough workout featuring influences from boxing, wrestling and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). After a gentle warm-up on the floor, you will work with martial arts-inspired exercises for pairs mixed with physical exercises for strength, fitness and stability. Really sweaty with some close contact and a great friendly atmosphere!
During the session, you will also perform air kicks and air punches. Powerful, physical and focused! A training challenge for those who are not afraid to leave their comfort zone.
Trying for the first time? Choose to train with someone who is of a similar height. You will find your workout partner during the session, so you don’t need to bring anyone with you.
