Integrity Policy Friskis&Svettis Uppsala

Scope of applicability

This Integrity Policy applies to all of Friskis&Svettis Uppsala’s processing of personal data in the context of our activities in relation to you as an existing or potential member.

Personal information collected

The information we collect about you derives mainly from you becoming a member of Friskis&Svettis, when you use your training pass card and/or our services, and when you request information from us to potentially become a member. This can, for example, include contact information, social security numbers, login details, payment information and training statistics. Sometimes we also retrieve information from other sources such as the State Personal Address Register SPAR to verify your data.  

Our use and sharing of information

We at Friskis&Svettis Uppsala use your personal information in order to best provide you with the services we offer. Your personal information is used for the following purposes: 

• Manage your membership, provide our services to you in accordance with our obligations to you as a member, follow up that you use our services in accordance with the membership terms, provide you with a good membership service, and establish and defend legal claims, 
• Manage, plan and develop our operations and our range of training offerings,
• Market our services, plus those of other Friskis&Svettis associations and partners, and offer you membership benefits in collaboration with these associations and partners,
• Meet our legal obligations regarding, for example, accounting, auditing and tax registration, and 
• Facilitate and maintain a safe training environment in our facilities and prevent and report crimes against Friskis&Svettis Uppsala and our members. 

We do not process your personal details for any purpose not compatible with those listed above and save them for only as long as they are necessary.

In some cases, we may disclose your personal information to other Friskis&Svettis associations, our IT suppliers, and companies with whom we collaborate to provide our services. We will not 
under any circumstances sell your personal information to a third party.

Your rights

You are entitled to receive information about which of your personal details we process and what we do with them, as well as to exercise some control of your personal details. You are therefore entitled, in some situations, to retrieve your information, or to correct, delete, block or move it. You are also entitled to object to certain types of processing of your information. If you believe that we have used your information in an unauthorized manner, you always have the right to register a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
