How flexible subscriptions work
- The subscription runs until you cancel it. The term of notice is 2 months.
- The current amount is withdrawn on the 28th of each month from the bank account you provided.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have a Swedish personal identity number in order to take out a subscription. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian can take out the subscription for you at one of our facilities.
- If someone else is going to pay for your subscription, purchase must be made at one of our facilities.
- It is not possible to freeze a flexible subscription.
- If you are paying the student price, you will have to show your student ID at the reception where you train the first time, as well as at the beginning of each term. Otherwise the student price will automatically change to the regular price.
How to create a flexible subscription
- Explain that you would like to pay by direct debit when you buy a gym pass at the facility you visit; or select a flexible subscription when buying your pass on our website or the app Mitt Friskis.
- The bank account you provide needs to be a personal account or a transaction account. It is not possible to link a business account, savings account, or PlusGiro to your direct debit payments.
- You always pay the current year’s membership fee and a cash down payment immediately. The size of the cash down payment depends on when the payment by direct debit is to begin.
- Your gym pass becomes valid immediately. You can check in with your cellphone via the app Mitt Friskis. If you have bought your pass on our website and would like to have a physical gym pass, you can collect one at one of our facilities.
Your membership fee
The membership fee of SEK 100 is paid separately every calendar year. The membership fee is added to all gym passes, even when you pay by direct debit. You pay the fee when you buy your pass and after that via the web, app, or at any of our facilities.
Change of bank account
Do you want to change your bank account number for direct debit payments? Do any of the following:
- Contact your bank and they will take care of it.
- Log in at the website booking: “Mina sidor” > change bank account under “Betalningsuppgifter”.
- Log in at the app Mitt Friskis: “Profil” > “Betalningar” > “Hantera kontot”.
- Talk to the reception at the facility where you train and they will make the change for you.
- The change must be made no later than the 15th of the relevant month so that the new bank account can be activated by the next withdrawal.
Term of notice
The term of notice for a flexible subscription is two months counting from the date when the subscription is cancelled.
A withdrawal takes place the same month as notice is given for the entire next following calendar month, as well as a final withdrawal the following month for the days that remain, counting from the date when cancellation was made.
