How subscriptions work
- You sign up for 12 months, which is the binding period for the subscription. This means that 12 payments have to be made before you can cancel the agreement. After the binding period ends, the agreement continues in force per month until you yourself cancel it. NOTE! If you have chosen to freeze your gym pass, the period of time during which it is frozen is not included in the binding period, but instead is added to it.
- NOTE! Cancellation of the direct debit authorization via your bank does not constitute cancellation of the subscription!
- The current amount is withdrawn on the 28th of each month from the bank account you provided.
- For the first 12 months you are protected against any price increases.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have a Swedish personal identity number to take out a subscription. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian must take out the subscription for you at one of our facilities.
- If someone else is going to pay for your subscription, purchase must be made at one of our facilities.
- If you are paying the student price, you will need to show your student ID at the reception where you train the first time. You keep the student price during the binding period of 12 months.
- After the binding period, you will have to show your student ID at the start of each term in order to keep the student price; otherwise the price will be changed to the regular price.
How to create a subscription
- Explain that you would like to pay by direct debit when you buy a gym pass at a facility or select subscription when buying your pass on our website or in the app Mitt Friskis.
- The bank account you provide needs to be a personal account or a transaction account. It is not possible to link a business account, savings account, or PlusGiro to your direct debit payments.
- You always pay the current year’s membership fee and a cash down payment immediately. The size of the cash down payment depends on when the payment by direct debit is to begin.
- Your gym pass becomes valid immediately. If you have bought the pass on our website or in the app Mitt Friskis you can collect it at one of our facilities.
Your membership fee
The membership fee of SEK 100 is paid separately every calendar year. The membership fee is added to all gym passes, even when you pay by direct debit. You pay the fee when you buy your pass and after that via the web, app, or at any of our facilities.
Change of bank account
Do you want to change your bank account number for direct debit payments? Do any of the following:
- Log in at the website booking: > “Mina sidor” > change bank account under “Betalningsuppgifter”.
- Log in at the app Mitt Friskis: “Profil” > “Betalningar” > “Hantera kontot”.
- Talk to the reception at the facility where you train and they will make the change for you.
- The change must be made no later than the 15th of the relevant month so that the new bank account can be activated by the next withdrawal.
Binding period
The binding period for subscriptions is 12 months. If you cancel it before the binding period has expired, the remaining withdrawals will be made monthly by direct debit. You can also choose to pay the entire sum for the remaining months at one and the same time via a final invoice.
Period of notice
The period of notice for cancelling a subscription is one month counting from the date when notice of cancellation has been received.
If payment for the coming month has already been reported to the bank (two bank days before the due date), or has already been made, you will pay for the entire, next following calendar month, since withdrawal has already been made.
NOTE! Remember to not cancel your direct debit approval at your bank until final payment has been made.
The period of notice cannot be combined with, or replaced by, freezing your gym pass.
