All-round basic course for 10-12-year olds.
Juniorfys course is for children aged 10-12 years who would like to try different types of training together with others of their age. Here they can push themselves, set themselves free and learn something new. No previous experience is required and everyone is welcome to join in!
The course takes place in 13 sessions. At each meeting, the children get to challenge their strength, fitness and flexibility in different ways, and also get a taste of the different forms of training offered at Friskis. The children learn, experiment and develop, but above all – have fun!
