If you want to work your whole body and get the whole package – strength, mobility and fitness – this is the session for you. Modus includes all the training you need in a neat package of variation, unexpected exercise combinations and structure.
It involves no equipment. Occasionally, we play music to get just the right energy and you work at your own pace. The session is based on five or ten minute long exercise modules. Between each module, you have a chance to catch your breath.
The Soft direction of the session means that you can work out stress-free, gradually work your way up with loads appropriate for joints, muscles and heart. You will receive additional guidance and be given the time to really perfect each exercise. On your own terms of course.
