Jympa is ideal for you if you like training with a focus on music. At Jympa, you get it all in one: fitness training, strength training and flexibility training. Here you exercise your body for what it is made for. You stretch and rotate, push up, bend and jog. An all-round workout for the entire body, training your stamina, strength, elasticity and coordination.
At Jympa station, we add a little spice to strength training with the addition of equipment, such as steps, dumbbells or rubber bands. You will form a temporary small team with a few other exercisers and switch together between the different stations. Functional and motivational!
