Information about Passes

Pass rates are binding for the period of validity.

Annual Pass. Valid 1 year from purchase and can be frozen on one occasion for a maximum of 60 days for SEK 100.

Combination Pass. You can supplement your Annual Pass (as well as your Daytime Pass and Student/Pensioner Pass) with a Combination Pass. The Combination Pass is valid for entry to the Fyrishov and Gottsunda swimming complexes. It is also valid for the water park but not the spa. The Combination Pass is only valid together with the Annual Pass. Note that you can only buy the Swim Pass at the front desk of the Friskis&Svettis Uppsala locations. 

Sweden Pass. Valid at all Friskis&Svettis clubs throughout Sweden one year from purchase. You can book exercise sessions as usual at your home club (Uppsala). Drop-in visits are possible at all the other Friskis&Svettis clubs depending on availability of places. You can only extend or upgrade the Pass from the Monthly and the Three-month Pass. The last day of validity is stated on a sticker that you can get at one of the Friskis&Svettis receptions. You cannot freeze the Pass. Nor can you pay for it by Autogiro.

Six months. Valid 6 months from purchase. The Half-year Junior or Disability Pass (Enkel) is valid only for Junior or Disability exercise classes.

Three months. Valid 3 months from purchase.

One month. Valid 1 month from purchase.

Day Pass. Valid for all forms of exercise and types of classes that begin at the latest 3:00 pm every day. A Day Pass combined with a Swim Pass allows access to the Fyrishov swimming complexes every day with entry before 9:00 am (however not the water park or spa). At Gottsunda swimming complexes every weekday with entry before 9:00 am and weekends with entry before 12:00 am. The Day Pass can be upgraded to be valid during all our opening hours. Note that you cannot upgrade on our website.

Subscription (autogiro, automatic payment service). Valid until further notice. Binding for 12 months with price guarantee. Access to all exercise at Friskis&Svettis Uppsala, at all hours. Cash payment for the first month upon purchase.

If you have an autogiro service you can add a Swim Pass for SEK 2575 (valid for 12 months). You can buy the pass at the front desk of the Friskis&Svettis Uppsala locations.

Flexible subscription (autogiro, automatic payment service). Valid until further notice. An automatic withdrawal must be made from your bank account before cancelling. Access to all exercise at Friskis&Svettis Uppsala, at all hours. Cash payment for the first month upon purchase.

Pass for one, three and six months can be extended. If you do this before the pass expires, you can deduct the entire cost of your current pass. You cannot extend your pass on our website. Does not apply when signing an autogiro agreement.

A parent or guardian must be present at the purchase of exercise passes and and signing the membership rules [pdf] for persons under 16 years of age.

Transfer of pass. You can transfer your pass to another person for a fee of SEK 100. The person who receives your pass has to pay his/her own membership fee. Both the person transferring and the person receiving the pass have to be present when the transfer is made. Note that if you bought your pass through your employer; for tax reasons, you cannot transfer your pass.

If you are student you will have to show your student ID card at the front desk when you come to exercise the first time.
